Veggies

It is 2008, not 1908. So why is it that every restaurant out there makes it so difficult for someone of vegetarian persuasion to get a decent meal? For God's sake let's pass a law that requires every restaurant to carry vegetarian dishes. If we want to go to Fatz then there should be a veggie Fatz Burger available, Tofu Chicken and Vegetarian Chili, Pasta with artichoke hearts and tomatoes with a nice pesto sauce. What the heck is so difficult about that? Just 3 very basic dishes that are easily prepared and do not take too much time away from the preparation of other menu items.

Green cars, green menus and a green country that's what we need, so get with it America! Now if we could just invent pets that do not need to pee or poop, the world would be a paradise!
