Russia's Credibility/What about our credibility?

"President Bush says Russia needs to stop pursuing a policy of confrontation and isolation and its actions in Georgia have hurt its credibility among other nations." That was a quote from tha Associated Press news story from an interview with Bush.

So what did Bush do the past eight years but kill our credibility with other nations while pursuing a policy of confrontation and invasion which resulted in our isolation from other nations?
